Shoot down falling English words with four-choice options. GalaxyWord is a shooting-style English vocabulary app set in space. You shoot down English words falling on meteorites by selecting the correct Japanese translation from four options. Unlike a vocabulary book where you just read, the meteorites fall the moment you stop your finger. ■ Arranged according to textbook units Includes 2,330 words from all three years of junior high school. Divided by grade level, further arranged into 31 units and 87 parts. The order follows the textbook units, so you can open the section you covered in this week's lesson. ・Junior High 1st Year: 883 words ・Junior High 2nd Year: 747 words ・Junior High 3rd Year: 700 words Each part contains 20-35 words. A good amount for cramming before regular tests or for daily practice. ■ 20 questions per session. Complete in Your Spare Time Each session consists of 20 questions. You can easily study in short bursts, such as during your commute to or from school, or before bed. In the later sessions, a boss meteorite appears, adding tension when your concentration might waver. Six incorrect answers result in a game over. It tests not just your correct answers, but also your ability to instantly recall the meaning. ■ Pronunciation Audio Included for All 2,330 Words All words include English pronunciation audio. You can choose between male and female voices, and set the number of playbacks per question from 1 to 6. You can listen again at any time using the pronunciation button in the word list. ■ Volume Adjustable in Three Stages The volume of pronunciation, background music, and sound effects can be set separately from 0 to 100%. In places where it's difficult to play loudly, you can lower only the background music and sound effects while leaving the pronunciation at bay. ■ Uncovering "I Thought I Memorized" The response time is measured for each question. Even if you answer correctly, anything over 5 seconds will be recorded as "slow." Visualize the words you can't use in the actual test. ■ Review only the words you got wrong • Words you got wrong • Words you answered slowly • Words you checked yourself This app features a review mode that presents questions from these three categories.
