A colour puzzle that runs backwards.
Most matching games take pieces off a board and throw them away. This one hands
you an empty bucket and makes you fill it. Set a bucket on the bench and it
draws matching glass out of the window above until it is full, then it pops and
gives its slot back.
HOW IT PLAYS
The window is a wall of coloured panes. Below it, a bench with a few empty
slots. Below that, the buckets waiting to be used.
Tap a bucket to set it on the bench. A bucket on the bench draws panes of its
own colour out of the window, one at a time, until it has taken as many as it
needs. Empty the whole window to finish the board.
THE BENCH IS THE WHOLE PUZZLE
You only get a few slots, and a bucket holds one until it is full. Set down a
bucket that cannot reach its colour and you have spent a slot on nothing. Do
that three times and the bench is full, the window is stuck, and the board is
over.
So the question on every turn is not "what matches" but "what does this leave
me". Which pane gets uncovered next, which bucket can still be fed, and how many
slots are left to be wrong with.
FEWER COLOURS IS HARDER, NOT EASIER
The late boards take colours away rather than adding them, because more buckets
then share a colour and compete for the same glass. That is measured against a
solver, not guessed: every board was built backwards from an empty window and
then solved again by a separate solver that never saw how it was built, so every
one of them has a real answer.
300 BOARDS, AND A NEW ONE EVERY DAY
300 boards, all offline, on a difficulty ladder that takes slots away as you
climb. Plus a daily board, the same one for everybody, with a streak you can
see.
NO TIMER, NO LIVES, NO ENERGY
Nothing counts down. Nothing locks. Put it down mid board and it is still there
tomorrow. There is no move limit and no star rating to chase.
EARN STARS, SPEND THEM ON LOOKS ONLY
Every board you clear pays stars, plus a daily handful that grows the longer
your run lasts. Stars buy themes: different sets of glass colours, and nothing
else. None of them makes a board easier, and none can be bought with money.
COLOUR IS NEVER THE ONLY CUE
Every colour carries its own shape, cut into the pane and printed on the bucket
that wants it. Diamonds, spires, blocks, cells, stars and circles. The shape is
bound to its place in the set and is not for sale, so a colour blind player can
read the board from the shapes alone and a bought theme can never take that
away.
ADS, AND WHERE THEY GO
The game is free and shows ads. A short ad may play between some levels, when
you leave a solved board, never in the middle of one and not in your first few.
There is a banner under the board, and never anywhere else. Every other ad is a
button you decide to press: it says AD, and it names what it gives you, such as
one more slot on a stuck bench, a hint, an undo, gems, or double the stars you
were just paid.
Declining costs nothing. Starting the board again is free and always will be,
and so is every one of the 300 boards from the first launch.
OPTIONAL PURCHASES
Nothing in the game is locked behind a purchase. The shop sells optional gem
packs, which pay for hints, a starter pack, and a one-off Remove ads that takes
away the banner and the ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a
reward stay available after it.
The boards play offline. No account, no sign-in.
