YOUR KIOSK, YOUR RULES Every morning tourists step off the coaches, leave their cave hotels and queue at your kiosk. Each group has a nationality, a language, a budget and limited patience. Offer what they came for, match their language, haggle with tour leaders and keep the queue calm with a glass of tea. Push too hard and they walk across the street to a rival. THE BALLOON MARKET • Buy balloon seats wholesale and sell them at your own price. • Demand follows a real price curve: too expensive and nobody buys, too cheap and you leave money on the table. • Wind, rain, snow and fog can cancel the morning flights. Refund or reschedule your guests and manage the risk. GO ONLINE WHILE THE QUEUE IS QUIET • Answer inquiries from your website and messages: quote the list price, a discount or a premium, and reply fast before a rival does. • Hire a web designer: a showcase page, a booking site with direct sales, then a multi-language site with SEO. • Photo mode: frame the real 3D town at dawn, catch the balloons, post the shot and watch likes and followers roll in. • Run search, social and video ad campaigns aimed at a nationality or a product, and read the clicks, bookings and cost per booking.
