You never pick a difficulty — puzzles solved is your level, and your level sets the size. After all 1,000, new grids of similar difficulty keep coming from the words you have met. Grids are never bigger than 8×8, so the letters stay large. ■ No timer Nothing is chasing you. Stuck? Reveal one letter with a hint, fill a whole word at once, or open the definitions for the grid. Finish without any tools and you get a Perfect. ■ Your avatar and helpers grow with you Puzzles solved is your level, and as it rises the avatar on your home screen takes on a new look at each stage. Keep solving and helpers, like a wizard and a witch, join your side one by one.
