Pale Current Still Gameplay:
A glass of murky water keeps swirling.
First tap starts settling. Silt falls and the water clears.
When the sediment has fully dropped and the water just turns clear, NOW appears.
Second tap in that instant freezes the frame: +1 score, then the current stirs again.
Tap while grit is still falling: Too Early — run over.
