Minor UI improvement.<br>Added icon to the Help button to indicate that tutorial is unique for each screen.<br>Fixed the bug with Sabotage units not attacking Walls.<br>Fixed bug with troops not disappearing on age transitions.<br>Population increment selection is now unique for tech and military screens.

Only the current version so far — new entries appear as the game ships updates.
