New in 1.1: a smoother difficulty climb. Later stages ramp up properly and enemies march a little faster as you go deeper. Fixed a screen that could stay empty after an ad between stages. Plus small fixes to the rune hum, the finish camera, revives and the Frost Giant's armor pips.
