Gin rummy the way it should be: a clean table, a sharp opponent, and nothing getting in your way. No ads, no accounts, no internet required.
A COMPUTER THAT PLAYS LIKE A PERSON
Hard mode does more than count points. It remembers the cards you pick up, avoids feeding your melds, builds toward its own pairs and runs, and decides each turn whether to knock now or hold for gin based on the real odds. It also plays with a human-sized memory, so it won't recall a card you threw ten turns ago. Normal mode is a quicker, more forgiving opponent if you just want a relaxed game.
BUILT FOR THE PHONE
Big cards in a fanned hand you can read at a glance, with a four-color deck so suits never blur together. Melds gather at the left with a colored marker under them and your deadwood count updates live. Drag to reorder your cards, or flip between sorting by suit and by rank with one tap. Drag a card onto the pile to discard it.
SMALL TOUCHES
- The discard glows when it would complete a set or run for you
- "Knock for 6" tells you exactly what you'd be knocking with before you commit
- Take-or-pass opening, layoffs, undercuts, and the 25-point gin bonus, all scored the standard way
- Games save automatically. Close the app mid-hand and pick up where you left off
NOTHING ELSE
No ads. No coins, timers, or energy meters. No sign-in. No tracking. It doesn't use the internet at all. One rule set, one opponent, first to 100 wins.
