Leaderboard fixes. A score the server rejects no longer shows up as "offline": you now see the real reason, plus a Report Score button if a genuine clear was flagged. Score limits were raised so high legitimate Challenge runs are accepted. Challenge starting levels for Chapter 5 and 6 finales were retuned, and reference scores were refreshed on several later stages.
Only the current version so far — new entries appear as the game ships updates.
