*Neon Conquest* is a 3D third-person top-down auto-march combat casual game. You command a squad of soldiers that automatically advance along a pre-set path and engage enemies. Your only control is swiping left or right on the screen to shift the squad's lateral position — dodging traps, picking up weapons, and collecting power-ups. After reaching the destination, you enter a defense phase where you must eliminate all remaining enemies to win.
---
## 2. Controls
| Action | Effect |
|--------|--------|
| **Swipe left/right on the screen** | Move the entire squad **left or right** on the road to dodge traps or pick up items |
| **Tap on-screen buttons** | Start the game, confirm purchases, etc. |
| **Watch rewarded video ads** | Revive fallen troops, earn double gold rewards |
Your squad **automatically marches forward and attacks** — you only need to focus on lateral positioning.
---
## 3. Core Gameplay Flow
1. **Home Screen**: View your current level and gold balance, buy weapons in the shop, claim daily check-in rewards, and spin the lottery wheel
2. **Enter a Level**: Tap the start button; your squad begins marching along the road automatically
3. **Marching Phase**:
- The squad auto-advances and auto-attacks nearby enemies
- Swipe left/right to dodge traps (electric saws, spikes, land mines, etc.)
- Steer toward power-ups to collect weapons or change squad size
4. **Reach the Finish**: The squad enters the destination zone and switches to stand-and-shoot mode
5. **Defense Phase**: Enemies continue pouring in through the passage — eliminate all survivors
6. **Results**:
- **Victory**: All enemies defeated → Victory screen → Gold reward
- **Defeat**: All soldiers killed → Option to watch an ad to revive → If declined, game over
---
## 4. Squad System
- **Starting Squad**: You begin with a set number of soldiers arranged in formation
- **Formation**: Supports up to 100 positions; soldiers follow the formation as they move
- **Giant**: A special unit with a larger body, higher HP, and greater attack power (upgradeable to level 3)
- **Squad Size Changes**: Pick up road items (+, -, ×, ÷) to increase or decrease the number of soldiers
- **Revival**: When全军覆没 (wiped out), watch an ad to revive with the original count + 10 extra soldiers and clear all current enemies
---
## 5. Weapon System
There are 6 weapons you can pick up and switch between during a level:
| Weapon | Type | Description |
|--------|------|-------------|
| **Pistol** | Ranged | Basic weapon, straight-line fire, moderate fire rate |
| **Shotgun** | Ranged | Fires **3 pellets** in a fan spread |
| **FireGun** | Ranged | High-damage flame喷射 (jet) |
| **MachineGun** | Ranged | Very high fire rate |
| **Grenades** | Thrown | Area-of-effect explosive damage |
| **Drone** | Support | Auto-attacks, flies alongside the squad, extremely fast fire rate |
All squad members share **the same weapon** — picking up a weapon item switches the entire squad.
