A single krill hatches in your tank. Feed it. Clean the water. Keep it alive.
As you care for your krill, they gain experience and level up. New eggs hatch. Some krill are rare, unlocked through milestones, random chance, or conditions you will have to discover on your own.
The krill move using boid flocking simulation. No canned animations. Each one reacts to its neighbors in real time: aligning, grouping, splitting apart. It is mesmerizing to just watch.
Neglect them for too long and they die. A gentle notification will remind you when they need attention.
