Small bills in. Big money out.
Money Twist is about one very satisfying thing: two packs of the same value touch,
and they turn into the next bill up. $5 becomes $10. $10 becomes $20. Line them up
right and one move sets off a cascade that pays out across the whole board.
Three packs wait in the tray, and you always see all three. Which one goes down
first is the whole game — that is the sorting half. Put the right pack in the wrong
place and the board fills up on you.
It takes about two minutes to finish a level. One thumb, no clock, nothing to read.
You get it the second two packs click together.
Then the board starts pushing back. Tax tiles quietly drain the pack you left on
them. Deposit tiles grow it — until greed burns the whole thing. Crypto tiles throw
your money around the board because, well, crypto. Belts carry packs off whether you
planned it or not.
300 levels, ordered by how hard they actually are. Every ten to fifteen levels there
is one that hits twice as hard as its neighbours, and right after it, room to
breathe. You will lose a few. That is the job of a puzzle.
And the money goes somewhere. Every level pays out, and the payout builds your own
place: 11 rooms, 61 things to buy, from the laundry to the last room you will ever
need to launder anything in.
