Three calls are flashing. You have two ambulances, one paramedic who is genuinely good under pressure, and the pier call expires in forty seconds. You are the Chief. Choose.
Mayday Hero: Idle Rescue is an idle rescue tycoon about running an emergency service, not driving the truck. Calls land on your board with a payout, a difficulty, a distance and a countdown. You decide which ones are worth your limited dispatch slots, you pick the vehicle and the crew member who rides it, and you watch the unit drive real streets on a real map to the scene and back.
WHAT YOU DO
Read the board and triage it. Pair a vehicle with the right specialist. Answer complications on the road. Collect every finished mission in one tap, then spend the funding and the reputation on bigger vehicles, more crew, more dispatch slots, new districts and whole new regions.
KEY FEATURES
🚑 REAL STREETS, REAL ROUTES. Units follow an actual road network drawn under them. Boats leave the dock and curve out over open water. Helicopters fly direct.
👩🚒 SEND A PERSON, NOT JUST A TRUCK. Every call has a right specialist. Paramedics work a scene faster, pilots eat long distances, engineers keep the vehicle in one piece.
📖 EVERY JOB IS A STORY. 65 authored emergencies with written endings that change with how the call went. No Delivery #4172 Complete here.
🌧️ WEATHER THAT REWRITES THE BOARD. Storms, heatwaves and multi-act disasters flood the board with surge pay and ground the helicopter.
🚁 A GARAGE WORTH BUILDING. 13 vehicle models across three tiers, shown as showroom renders. Locked models are always visible with the exact requirement on a progress bar.
🏙️ SIX REGIONS. Grow one harbour station into a national, then global, rescue network with substations that put crews where the calls are.
🌙 OFFLINE PROGRESS BY DESIGN. Come back to a full shift report: what your crews handled, what it earned, and how each one went.
🎖️ COMMENDATIONS. Nine ladders and thirty tiers, named for being a good Chief rather than a rich one.
THE CONTENT
10 emergency types, from medical calls and house fires to flood rescue, mountain rescue, hazmat spills and wildfire airlifts. 65 authored scenarios. 13 vehicle models across ambulances, fire trucks, repair vans, rescue boats and helicopters. 14 named operators across five specialisms and four rarity tiers, including one legendary. 6 regions, 55 call locations, 5 buildable substations and 10 timed world events.
If you like emergency dispatcher games, 911 operator simulators or firefighter management games, this is that decision, built to run in two-minute bursts and keep working while you are gone.
NO PAY TO WIN.
Money buys funding and capacity. It does not open gates. You cannot buy reputation, a star, a region, a vehicle you have not unlocked, an operator or an automation. The opening minutes are ad-free, forced ads only land between actions with a short warning first, and a one-time pass switches them off for good. The hardest calls in the game can never be automated, so the interesting decisions stay yours.
Answer the call, Chief.
Harborview is counting on you.
