Inspector Meow is a murder mystery game built on logic and puzzle-solving, not luck. Every case is a top-down floor plan split into rooms and filled with furniture, suspects, and one victim. Each cat gives you exactly one clue. Your job is to place every suspect on the grid so that all the clues hold at once. When only one arrangement survives, the cat left standing in the victim's room is your killer. A body in the library. Eleven cats who all swear they were somewhere else. One of them is lying, and the floor plan is about to prove it. WHAT YOU DO Read the clues. Drag each cat onto the floor plan, one per row and one per column. Cross-check alibis against each other until the contradictions collapse and a single solution remains. No guessing, no timers, no wrong turns you cannot undo. Every case has exactly one answer and every answer can be reasoned out from what is written in front of you. FEATURES 🐾 500 hand-built cases: A murder quest that grows from gentle 6x6 rooms to 12x12 mansions with twelve cat suspects. 🔍 One clue per suspect: Statements that are always true and almost never enough on their own. 📅 500 Crime Files cases, across four difficulty tiers, with solve streaks and rewards for clean runs. 🐱 100 collectible cats: Every suspect has a breed, a bio, and a habit of turning up near the body. 💡 Hints that help you solve your case: Stuck on a case? Take a nudge that narrows the grid instead of handing you the answer. THE THINKING This is Inspector Meow, murder sudoku, a sudoku word crime puzzle deduction with a story on top. If you like cross-logic grids, nonograms, Cluedo, Sherlock Holmes, Murder Sodokus, games like Murdoku or just cats or the satisfaction of a sudoku where the numbers finally lock into place, this is that feeling with a motive attached. Early cases teach you to eliminate. Later ones make you hold four contradicting statements in your head at once and find the only seat left at the table. Small rooms, short cases, one hand, no pressure. Solve one on a coffee break or work through a dozen and watch the mansions get bigger. The clues never lie. The cats absolutely do. Name the killer and solve the case!
