Trailer
I have landed on a strange island.
The boy cannot even remember his own name.
Beside him is a pink-haired fairy. Her name is Mofim.
Mofim, too, does not know who she was.
This place is Manenpia.
Once a shield protecting Hailia,
it is now an island forgotten by everyone.
Something is rising from the abyss beneath the island.
Things infested with parasites crawl out every night.
But there is one strange thing.
They do not even glance at the boy.
They target only Mofim.
"Why are these things so angry at me!?"
◆ What the Boy Knows How to Do
The boy has no weapons.
He knows only one thing.
Gathering his pain and passing it on to others.
That is why it is called 'Sacrifice'.
If you pass sacrifice on to Mofim, Mofim becomes stronger.
The more you give, the stronger he becomes, and the deeper he can go.
… … However, every time it is handed over,
something awakens little by little within Mofim.
Mofim knows this.
Only the boy does not know.
◆ Handling Both Together
The boy raises his comrades through sacrifice,
reduces pain by half through protection, and
makes that attack disappear just once through a miracle.
Mofim fights directly on the front lines.
If you hold down the defense button to endure, you return the damage taken to all enemies,
and if you press it again at the moment the attack ends, the screen slows down and five hits land in quick succession.
Who to save, when to counterattack.
With two hands, it is busy.
◆ Those to Go With
There are Myongs at the village mercenary station.
They were once the shields of this island, but now they are fairies with nowhere to go.
Dia showers a rain of arrows and casts a blessing upon everyone.
The Green Myong sweeps away the evil things clinging to the body.
You decide whether to place them at the front or the back, and who to train.
◆ Chapter 4, Expedition
This is where things change.
A map unfolds, and you choose which square to go to yourself.
Your morale decreases with every square you move. If it runs out, it's game over right there.
You can only use what you brought in your backpack.
If you grill meat, you can last a bit longer. If you don't bring any, you won't be able to last.
If you plant a flag and return, you keep everything you've gained so far.
If you just return, you lose half.
You can only plant a flag once per game.
Should I go just one more square?
Or should I go back now?
The expedition keeps asking you that question.
◆ Where to Return
There is a house in the village.
If you repair it, your backpack size increases, and you can grill meat in the cauldron.
If you rest well, your stamina and skills return to their initial levels.
However, the expedition you were on also starts from the beginning.
◆ There are no villains in this story.
Even the things crawling out are doing it to survive.
They are simply beating up the most dangerous ones first.
Everyone has their own circumstances.
The boy, Mofim, and this island, too.
The stronger you become, the less comfortable it gets.
It becomes heavier.
Still, the boy wants to go back.
