WARDLINE is an idle hospital tycoon. Start with two rooms and a GP who's seen better days. Build the floors, open the wards, and turn a walk-in clinic into a hospital empire. EVERY PATIENT PAYS No abstract score. Patients walk in, wait their turn, get treated, and pay at the door. Queues back up when you underbuild. Rooms sit dark when you understaff. Every dollar on screen came from someone you treated. STAFF ARE PEOPLE, NOT UPGRADES Locums, consultants, professors. Sign them off a shortlist that refreshes through the day, post them where they're needed, send them on study leave to grow. Overspend on payroll and watch your rate go red. THE ROYAL CHARTER When the money gets big, retire the empire for honours. Every charter is engraved on the Record and the flagship keeps its name over the door. Nothing you did disappears; it becomes history. BUILT TO RESPECT YOUR TIME • The hospital runs while you're away — come back to a payout, not a punishment • No forced ads on a timer. Full-screen ads appear only at natural breaks, and never in your first days • Rewarded ads are optional and always your choice • Back up your save with a code. Move phones in ten seconds Portrait, one-handed, no internet required to play. A LAB—47 game.
