Improved cargo-speed prediction and added an Encumbered notice. Consumables now weigh 0.1 each. Fixed Realtime message parsing, equipment-slot title clipping, and padlock backgrounds. Equipped consumables appear in the action bar; laser ammunition and rockets are used directly from the backpack. Includes healing and shield display fixes.
