Dropline is four in a row, the game you already know: tap a column, your
disc falls to the lowest free slot, and the first line of four in any
direction takes it.
What it adds is the part nobody else bothers with. After every game you
get one line of review - which move cost you the game, and what you
should have dropped instead. Not a graph, not a percentage. One sentence
you can actually use next time.
Four opponents. The first one will miss your threats now and then; the
last one sees the trap you are building three moves before you finish
building it. They are weak the way a person is weak - they overlook
things - not by refusing to think.
Three boards: a quick 6 by 5, the classic 7 by 6, and an 8 by 7 that
roughly doubles the length of a game.
Two players on one phone. Take a move back, ask for a hint, restart
without it counting against you. Who drops first alternates every game,
so a run of wins on your record actually means something.
