Mobile CorsixTH is a phone-first port of CorsixTH, an open-source hospital simulation. It does not include original game data.
You need your own original game files before you can play. Import a folder from device storage (GOG / EA / CD), or download the official demo yourself from the CorsixTH site, unzip it, and import that folder. The app looks up to two levels down for DATA, LEVELS and QDATA. Until then, Start stays disabled.
After you import, build rooms, hire staff, and treat the weirdest ailments in the original campaign — with a touch HUD, pinch-to-zoom, and a layout that actually works on a phone.
