Drag the slider to set how far the sluice gate is open — more water spins the wheel faster, though the speed lags a little behind your hand. Hold it inside the band the machine needs and the progress bar climbs; fill it and the machine runs. Spin the wheel past the red line for too long and it shakes itself apart — three breakdowns end the run, and eight powered runs clears the level, after which the band narrows and the ceiling rises.
