◆ Synopsis
On the last day of 1999, a certain "storm" descended upon the sky—pedestrians and building walls dissolved and peeled away in the rainwater, and the world entered a new old era. Everyone except you was invaded by the "storm" and disappeared. In this world where humans and mystics (arcanists) coexist, there exists an organization called "Manus Vendetta." They are working to restore the glory of mysticism (arcanum) and seem to have some connection to the occurrence of the "Storm."
Verti (played by you), unaffected by the "Storm," is appointed "Timekeeper" by the "St. Pavlov Foundation," an organization that houses mystics. She travels through the changing times brought about by the "Storm," and together with her assistant Sonnet, finds fellow mystics who have noticed signs of anomalies in various eras and countries, and helps them escape the "Storm." Her true identity, the truth about the "Storm," the organization's purpose... everything seems to be obscured by a rain curtain, remaining unclear.
